Join Positive Legacy for a return visit to the Comunidad de Domingo Maiz where we will help to create and build waste management stations, improve community infrastructure and beautify a community park! This afternoon of interactive entertainment will benefit the community and provide the opportunity for local, underprivileged children and adults to see and learn about the benefits of sustainable practices as we implement the first step towards a community wide waste management system.

During our day visit we will also have an educational walk through of the black water filtration system installed by Positive Legacy and the community 4 years ago. There will be various community improvement projects, such as building raised organic garden beds, park benches, three stream waste stations, a black water treatment clean-up, and painting colorful murals.

Finally, we will settle in for the afternoon with local music, dancing, games and a lunch of local cuisine to be served by community leaders. To conclude the interactional and cultural excursion we will hear a brief educational presentation of future projects and celebrate the day's experiences before returning back to the resort for a wonderful evening of music.
